Refund Eligibility

We understand that circumstances change, and we're committed to fair refund practices. Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Subscription cancelled within 14 days of initial purchase
  • Technical issues preventing platform access for more than 5 business days
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service cancellation due to prolonged maintenance periods exceeding 48 hours

Please note that refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering individual circumstances and usage patterns.

Payment Method Considerations

Refund processing times vary depending on your payment method:

  • Credit Cards: 5-10 business days from approval
  • Debit Cards: 3-7 business days from approval
  • Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days from approval
  • Digital Wallets: 2-5 business days from approval
Important: Refunds are always processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to different accounts or payment methods for security reasons.

Partial Refunds and Prorated Services

For monthly or annual subscriptions, we may offer prorated refunds based on unused service time. This applies particularly to:

  • Mid-cycle cancellations due to technical issues on our end
  • Billing errors that resulted in overcharging
  • Service downgrades within the first billing period
  • Account terminations due to extended service disruptions

Prorated amounts are calculated from the date of approved cancellation to the end of the current billing period.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

While we strive to accommodate reasonable refund requests, certain situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription cancellations after 30 days of active usage
  • Change of mind without technical justification
  • Account violations resulting in service termination
  • Third-party integration fees or external service costs
  • Data export or migration services already completed

These policies help us maintain fair pricing and service quality for all users while protecting against misuse.
